Paulo Branicio visited the Materials Science and Engineering department of the University of California, Irvine, and presented a talk on May 19, 2022. His invited talk titled “Mechanical Behavior of Heterogeneous Metallic Glasses” discussed recent advances in metallic glass research developed in the group, in particular recent results produced by Suyue Yuan and Chang Liu.
