Aoyan published his very first PhD paper and the group celebrated cheering his accomplishment. Aoyan’s paper in collaboration with Chang, is a result of his investigation of the intricate sintering process of high-performance nanoceramics under high temperature and pressure. The paper titled “Hot-press sintering of aluminum nitride canoceramics”, was published in the prestigious journal Physical Review Materials, one of the top research journals in the overlapping field of Materials Physics.
